Shooting for the Netflix series “Emerald” blocked off Avenue B between the Esplanade and Catalina avenues Wednesday, April 27, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Filming included scenes on the street and at the Elks Lodge.
The series also shot in Redondo Beach earlier this year.
