On the evening of October 24, the Peninsula Symphony featured a performance by the Juilliard-trained violinist Sean Lee, a student of the esteemed Israeli-American violin virtuoso Izthak Perlman. Marion Ruth hosted the salon at her warm Rolling Hills Estates home, affording guests beautiful views of the LA basin. Joining the salon was David Cubek, the Music Director for the Peninsula Symphony. Cubek previously served as the assistant conductor of the Pasadena Symphony and is also currently the principal conductor of music ensemble Fonema Consort.
