Tap Into South Bay Brewing – The Process of Brewing Beer

The South Bay is home to the most vibrant brewing scene anywhere in the nation outside craft beer’s original epicenter, San Diego, with seven breweries launching in the last few years. Each local brewery is producing beer of the very highest quality so we wanted to take a look into the actual brewing process. The folks at King Harbor Brewing in Redondo Beach were nice enough to give us a tour and explain their process.
