A great steak for a good price, only steps from the beach? In a stylish environment with a well-stocked bar? Sounds like a fantasy, but it isn’t. At Zane’s you can get a skirt steak brushed with herb butter and two sides of your choice for $24 and that chunk of meat is both good sized and tender. It comes out of the kitchen with a smoky flavor and at exactly the temperature you request. It’s not easy to get this piece of meat a true medium rare from end to end, but they do it every time.
