The theme for the 26th Annual King Harbor Boat Parade was “Deck the Hulls with Love.” So it was fitting that Saturday evening’s grand marshall was Torrance resident Ted Lange, better known as Isaac the bartender on the long running (1977-1987) television show “The Love Boat.”
