The project plans to have 24 draft craft beers and sixteen rotating wines, with an emphasis on affordability, with one David Christopher Damon named the head chef. The Rockefeller will serve dinner seven days a week and lunch and brunch on weekends, with a selection of burgers, apps, salads, seafood (prosciutto-wrapped shrimp) and desserts like a farmers berry trifle and apricot toffee cake, all in a space that includes an outdoor patio.
