Unita held a grand opening this month for its second South Bay creative office location, in a 100-year-old, brick, building on Hermosa Avenue this month. Unita describes itself as “not just a communal workspace… Rather than ‘renters’ we have members who are an integral part of the space and the experience. It’s first location is in El Segundo, at 215 Arena Street. It plans to open a third location on Sepulveda Boulevard in Manhattan Beach in the location formerly occupied by the pool hall 2nd Half Sports Grill. The new Hermosa Beach location is at 832 Hermosa Ave., in the building formerly occupied by Easy Reader. For more information visit Unita.Club.
