Nearly 300 walkers joined Layla Paige’s Nature Walk for TrinityKids Care at the South Coast Botanic Garden, on Oct. 9, to celebrate the life and legacy of Layla Paige. The morning began with Layla’s parents, Matt and Larissa Sonnen, sharing the heartwarming story of their daughter, Layla. After Kandis Wannamaker led everyone in a vigorous warm-up routine it was time to walk. Following the walk, families participated in games, crafts and bid on TrinityKids Care Art Auction items. TrinityKids Care is the only hospice and palliative care program dedicated to children in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
