Saint Rocke – “At Saint Rocke, the music is our focus, and the presentation of that music is our job,” says owner Allen Sanford. “We try to think outside of the box when it comes to this – by offering comfort instead of traditional venue seating, great food instead of typical venue food, craft wine and beer in glass rather than beer in a cup.
“Because it’s the total experience that we want our customers to have when they choose to spend their money with us, we are overly sensitive to the environment that we maintain. We feel that Saint Rocke is the representation of the music community in the South Bay, and we want to shine in that representation.”
