Boat sinks in King Harbor Marina, refloated by LA County Lifeguards

Rolling Hills resident John Balk had stopped in at the King Harbor Marina office to get his dock key remagnetized Saturday morning when office coordinator Staci Gabrielli offered him her condolences.

Photographer Brad Jacobson met the first solid swell of 2016 at Torrance Beach’s Burnout, the moved north to the El Segundo. At Burnout he caught newly emerging South Bay chargers Conor Beatty and Angel Luhrsen.
